High prices and poor service prompts launch of new online fitted kitchen furniture trade business
Fed up with poor service and high prices, Somerset based bespoke kitchen designer Tim Rigby decided to set up his own online trade supplies business to help kitchen installers improve their level of service to, and reputation with, customers.

Commenting on the recent launch of the new online business, entrepreneur Tim Rigby said, “As a bespoke kitchen designer and installer I was becoming increasingly disillusioned with the level of service I was getting and the prices I was being asked to pay for inconsistent availability and unreliable delivery. I was particularly disappointed that online suppliers were, despite having no warehouses and trade outlets to support, unable to provide a more cost effective service”.
