Customers can add multiple items to a list for comparison. The customer can then view the items side by side enabling them to compare prices, dimensions and key attributes.

Promotional Codes

Our powerful system gives you the tools to create a variety of offers, from fixed price and percentage discounts to multi buy savings. They can easily be linked to products, categories, brands or customers!

Gift Vouchers

Zone1 includes gift vouchers so you can sell them online. Customers can then place orders, emailing them directly to their recipient of choice, so they can use them as payment at a later date.


Upsells and Related Products

Product Bundles

Bulk Buy Discounts

Zone1 caters for bulk buy discounts. You can sell items at a reduced rate when a customer buys them in bulk. Buying a single item may cost £10, but buying more may reduce the cost per item.

Zone1 includes a basic email marketing function which works for the needs of most clients. If that’s not enough, Zone1 integrates seamlessly with MailChimp for even more powerful marketing campaigns.

Guest Checkout

Zone1 includes a "guest" checkout making it quick and easy to transact without having to register. To make things even easier, we can also integrate with Paypal Express and Amazon Pay.

Multiple Payment Methods

We have established integrations with many of the popular payment gateways and partner closely with Sagepay. We can also supplement your favourite payment provider with a second option such as Paypal or Amazon Payments.


Collect In-Store

Customers want convenience. Zone1 offers "click and collect" functionality so your customer can opt to collect in-store. We can also offer advanced stock control if you have multiple store locations.

Configurable Postage

Zone1 offers a wide variety of postage options. The system can be configured however you need, whether you charge by order total, by weight or by the number of items purchased. The system also allows postage fees to be configured per postcode area allowing highly targeted shipping rates.


Multiple Currencies

Sell throughout the UK and beyond. Take payment in British Pounds, Euros, US Dollars and more. We even link to the European Bank to ensure exchange rates are updated daily.

Trade Accounts

Zone1 works with both retail and trade customers. If you sell to the trade, this module enables you to offer trade pricing and customer specific price lists. You can also sell inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your needs.

Customer Accounts

Zone1 includes a "My Account" area where registered customers can login to and view their details, including delivery addresses, order history, their wish list and their mailing preferences.

Saved Baskets

The Zone1 ecommerce platform will remember what you have in your basket, whether you are logged in or just a guest. Returning to the site will restore your basket so you can pick up where you left off.


Automated Emails

Zone1 includes automated emails for all functions, whether it's a new account registration, a new order, a despatched item or an abandoned basket. These emails keep the customer engaged and increase your conversions.

Product Recommendations

Zone1 can make targeted recommendations to customers based on their wish list and purchase history. This uses data such as "other people who purchased this also purchased this".


Loyalty Scheme

Zone1's content management system makes managing your orders easy. The system highlights orders that need your attention so you never miss something important.


Analytics

Zone1 integrates with Google Analytics "out of the box". This powerful statistics package can give you all the information you need. Zone1 can also provide Google with "enhanced ecommerce" information for even greater detail.

Purchase Orders

Manage suppliers and send purchase orders using this optional module. Zone1 will manage your stock and generate orders automatically based on current stock levels, minimum thresholds and sales history.
