IXO Commerce gives your sales staff the tools to build up a Quote on our intuitive agent portal, either over the phone on in person. This is then emailed to the customer for online payment. The system then provides reporting for outstanding quotes and commission.

Omnichannel Order Management

When selling through multiple sales channels, support your Warehouse by consolidating your orders. With one centralised Order Management system, staff can quickly and efficiently work through orders, no matter where they originated; every order treated the same.

Physical Till

Although the EPoS is designed to work with a touchscreen interface, it also connects to a Physical Till just as you would expect, with a  Cash Drawer, a Till Display, Barcode Reader and Receipt Printer. All of the functionality with only one supplier.


Barcode Reader

Every item in IXO Commerce should have a barcode; simply scan one to create a new order. It is also possible to populate an order without barcodes, simply by doing a manual search for products within the EPoS. The Barcode Scanner can also be used to find a Gift Voucher when completing payment.

Pause a Transaction

All transactions are automatically saved while they are being created. This means that, if necessary, you can pause a transaction and come back to it later. So even if you need to complete an entirely different transaction, the Paused Transaction can be located when you're ready to complete it.


EPOS Shortcuts

Add your frequently sold items as an EPoS Shortcut; no need to scan a barcode, just quickly tap the shortcut to add it to the order. Perfect for Checkout Upsells, Extended Warranties and other items without a barcode; even adjust the pricing and quantity on the fly.

Customer Special Orders

With IXO Commerce, you'll never find yourself in a situation where you have to refuse a sale because the customer's item can't be found. Make sure that your technology works for you (and never against you) by setting up an EPoS Shortcut for a Custom Item, and add one to any order.


Receipt Printing

Print a receipt for every in store transaction. These are designed with your logo, while offering everything a customer needs; proof of purchase and VAT breakdown (by line or across the whole order). These are printed automatically as soon as the order is marked as complete in the EPoS.

eReceipts
