What You'll Do:

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your role will include:

First Responder: Manage incoming queries via phone, email, and support tickets.
Problem Solver: Handle and resolve support tickets daily, ensuring timely solutions.
Client Champion: Assist the Client Services team with content creation, training, and support.
Relationship Builder: Conduct client outreach to maintain and enhance relationships.
Trainer: Become an IXO Commerce expert, providing training and support.
Communicator: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Internet Enthusiast: Passionate about helping clients succeed on the web.
Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting and influencing.
Organized Multitasker: Able to manage multiple projects and relationships with ease.
Tech-Savvy: Strong ICT skills, especially with Microsoft packages and CRM software.
Proactive Learner: Willing to take the initiative and continuously improve.
