What You'll Do
As a Client Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Act as the point of contact for client accounts, building trusted long-term relationships.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business growth initiatives.
- Training & Development: Deliver client onboarding, product training, and internal training programmes to ensure best practice across the team.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with developers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Success: Conduct regular account reviews and ensure clients maximise the value of our IXO Commerce platform.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Services, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid ICT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience within ecommerce, digital agencies, SaaS, or website management environments would be advantageous.
- Confidence delivering client training.
