With IXO Commerce, you don't have to perform a complete stock take; instead, perform rolling stock takes on specific locations. Target products with high turn, or simply work systematically through your stock locations over a period for a full stock take.

Barcoded Inventory Management

IXO Commerce takes your barcodes and uses them to drive precise controls across the platform. Goods In, Picking and Packing, Returns, Stock Taking and more are enhanced by the use of barcodes to automatically count products in and out of the warehouse.

Stock Discrepancy

This report provides you with a list of all stock discrepancies over time, both as a value (based on cost price) and stock quantity. These overages and write-offs are based on Stock Takes and manual inventory alterations, and are searchable by Store, Location and User.

Stock History

Track the full stock history of any item, over any period, with this easy to understand report. Every transaction is noted, the date and user recorded, as well as stock entering or leaving the system. Keep tabs on stock movements and enjoy easy access to data that can help to explain anomalies.

Restrict Access to Stock Amends

In IXO Commerce, role based access privileges allow you to control exactly who has the ability to make changes; this reduces losses. Superusers assign the right to manually amend stock, ensuring that only appropriate staff members are permitted to write off stock.

As products are received in the warehouse, stock is instantly made available online and instore. Stock can be rapidly identified via barcode scanners, and reserved to existing customer orders for picking, packing and despatch, immediately on receipt of the purchase order.

When receiving product on a Purchase Order, you can either manually mark items as received, or simply scan incoming barcodes using a connecting scanner; stock will then be automatically added to the inventory. Receive products into specific stock locations for greater inventory control.

Stock Transfers

Transfer stock between stores quickly and efficiently. Build up a list of stock to move manually, or scan items out using barcodes; then, once the products have been moved into transit, simply do the same when receiving the goods at the store, and assign them to specific locations.

Automatically create Purchase Orders for Made to Order items as the Sales Orders are placed. Multiple Sales Orders can be combined to meet minimum delivery thresholds and Purchase Orders can be held for manual review or sent automatically for fulfilment.
