What You'll Do

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve success while helping to develop and lead our Client Services function. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Leadership: Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted long-term relationships.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business growth initiatives.
Team Development: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to Account Managers and Client Support Specialists.
People Management: Assist with the management, performance, development, and wellbeing of Client Services team members.
Training & Development: Deliver client onboarding, product training, and internal training programmes to ensure best practice across the team.
Escalation Management: Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and support requests.
Project Coordination: Work closely with developers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Success: Conduct regular account reviews and ensure clients maximise the value of our IXO Commerce platform.
Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Significant experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Solid ICT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Experience within ecommerce, digital agencies, SaaS, or website management environments would be advantageous.
Confidence delivering training, presentations, and client workshops.
