We've always been based in the South West of England but our beautiful Somerset office, Avalon, has now been our home since 2019.
Iconography has since grown into a team of 20. Our Developers work closely with Client Services to consistently deliver IXO Commerce to a high standard.
Collaboration is key to our process, our teams can easily get together to review challenges, celebrate successes and plan for the next project.
Our clients benefit from the team fuctioning as a well-oiled machine. A third of our team have been here for over 10 years now, so there's always a familiar face to reach out to.

Dedicated Account Manager
Your website isn't the only task on your list, but IXO Commerce is always at the top of ours.
This is why every client is supported by a dedicated Account Manager. Whilst initially responsible for managing the build and launch of your new Iconography website, they'll remain on hand to offer guidance and support.
The entire Client Services team are experts in their field, on hand to answer questions, advise on best practice and help you devise a roadmap for what comes next. Available on the other end of the phone, our response times are fast and our guidance is sound.
Talk to your Account Manager about a new integration, an idea for a loyalty scheme or ask how best to set up a product that has 100s of possible combinations: they have the answers.
Our Training Specialist, Lee, will walk you through the system and ensure you're confident on how to use it for your business and your processes. Whilst IXO Commerce is a powerful platform packed with functionality, it's also user friendly and intuitive so you can get to grips with it quickly.

Less than an hour up the road from our office, Haskins Furniture have been trading since 1930 and are an iconic West Country brand. Their entire operation, online and in store, is powered by OMNIS Retail and it's always a pleasure to stop by and see the team.

With depots up and down the UK, BM Steel are leaders in their industry. Their site is at the cutting edge of steel eCommerce and we're constantly working closely with them on new development. This innovative approach was rewarded in the form of an eCommerce Award in 2025!
